Understanding the Changes taking place in the Family System in Urban and Rural Communities

Abstract
With advancements taking place and with the advent of modernization and globalization, there are changes taking place within family system. The joint family gets disintegrated into nuclear families. The main reason being, individuals are moving out of their homes to other regions in order to promote enrichment of their career prospects. The research studies have indicated that greater percentage of individuals aspire to live their lives independently, when they aim to acquire good-quality education, get engaged in employment opportunities and get settled. In this manner, changes are taking place within family system. They migrate to other regions, when within the region of their residence, they are unable to acquire essential and useful opportunities. The individuals are migrating to foreign countries to enhance their living conditions in an effective manner. The individuals need to make sure, changes are apparent and are favourable to all members of the family. The individuals, belonging to all age groups are required to understand that they need to form cordial and amiable terms and relationships with family members. As a consequence, the changes will prove to be advantageous on a comprehensive basis. Therefore, it is well-understood, changes are taking place in the family system in urban and rural communities. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the importance of changes taking place within family system, factors influencing changes taking place within family system and advantages of changes taking place within family system.
